Problem with open Vault Configuration site

Hi, I want to configure a new vault on my windchill server. When I click Utilities -> File Server Administration-> Vault Configuration browser doesn't open a new window(site) but trying to download file Vault Configuration.jnlp. How can I change it should be open in a new window not as downloadable content?

Thanks for reply. I already solved this problem. After download the file I should run it by local java environment.

The version and build of Windchill would help with this issue.

There were changes made in some of the CPS's of Windchill 11m030 dealing with this functionality.

They involved changing the displays from JAVA code to HTML.

I had to install CPS06  (actually CPS04 or higher) to get access to this information.
