Project Duration

We are looking to use ProjectLink for "Request for Quote" process.  What I would like to do is, once the project starts automatically close the project after a set number of days.  Basically what I am trying to do is stop suppliers from accessing data after a set amount of time programmatically.  Any input would be great.
