providing sql server cluster information windchill pdm

Hi all,

We have a sql server cluster set up and trying to connect to it thru PSI. Database is created as well.

Is there any specific format to fill up the

1) sql server cluster network name:

2) Installed sql server instance (named instance)

anybody if kindly can provide some help/insights will be really helpful to unblock me
