PSI fails with Connnection to the database failed or SCU failed to execute the query.

Hi,

I'm Trying to install 12.0.2 with following configuration

OS: Windows Server 2019 standard

DB: SQL 2018

PSI fails with Error Connnection to the database failed or SCU failed to execute the query. </p>.

ERROR MESSAGE: Database 'wc' does not exist. Make sure that the name is entered correctly

The IP is static, Firewall is off, Installation is D:\

Any suggestions welcomed.
