PSM Agent: Could not be loaded

Hi All,

I've installed PSM agent and while trying to monitor Windchill Health Status from PSM system, getting  no data. Searched for PSM logs in Windchill and found below message in dt_ptc.wt.MethodServer-v10.x-xxx.yyyy.com-80-Windchill-1_bootstrap_8624.0 ..

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this ??

Hi,

Are able to see your agents in psm client. Is agent installation successful?? Please provide PSM logs.

Have you restarted windchill after agent installation? PSM install logs are in <userProfile>/installer/logs

PSM server logs can be found in PSMSrever_dir/logs/server
