PTC Solution Installer 11.0 - problem with updating installation Standalone Product

Hi,

I have installed Windchill PDM Link 11.0 F000. I want to update existing server installation (install Gateway for Cadence ADW) using PSI version 11.0. After choosing Update Existing Installation/Install Optional Components the "Standalone Product or Component" is grey. I cannot choose it. On the server I have stoppen everyting: tomcat, LDAP directory. Any ideas?

Hi,

Thanks for your idea. I have just found the sollution. I went in wrong place in the PSI 11 interface. "Gateway for Cadence ADW" is not under "Standalone Product or Component". It is inside "PTC Windchill PDMLink". The issue is now solved.

Are you running PSI as the same user who installed WC 11? If not you have to copy the PSI registry from user profile
