PTC Solution Installer gets stuck on configuration

When I try to run the PTC Solution Installer on my Linux machine, after the selection for language, it gets stuck on the first page which is saying - "Please wait, PTCSolnInstaller is being configured for your system. This may take a moment..". It stays like that for 2 hours already, without any feedback from it. Any ideas?

You have to look at what is written in the installation logs.

There can be many reasons why the installation hangs.
