Question

PTC WGM CPS24 to a user and tried to register the Windchill, its not working

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS24

I installed the PTC WGM CPS24 to a user and tried to register the Windchill, while select the Workspace it disappears without giving any error, please fix the error asap. I used to register this server https://vdna-prod.ptcmscloud.com/Windchill/

    Hi Catalina,

    below is the screen shot, the moment I picked any of the Workspace, the new Windchill Register disappeared without giving any error.

    Just to be clear, both your server and the WGM are at CPS 24 correct?  What CAD system are you using? Had you deinstalled the WGM before re-installing?
