PTC Windchill FRACAS

All,


I am interested to know about customer success stories of using PTC WC FRACAS (http://www.ptc.com/product/windchill/quality/fracas) product and integrating with Windchill CM module.


Product page claims it works seamlessly with CM workflow. I don't understand what that means.


Fyi - We are in initial stage of looking into this.

There is a connection between PDMLink BOM and a system tree in Windchill FRACAS. Problems that are logged in FRACAS can be escalted to the Windchill change management workflow, (You can directly create a new Change Request or Problem report from FRACAS, when additional root cause analysis is required) thus ensuring a closed loop process to address the issue.
