Publish Job Failed - WVS Job Monitor

Version: Windchill 13.1

 

Use Case: Hi everyone, I have some troubles with publishing in windchill. Whenever I click the thumbnail of CAD part, there were a popup "Sent To Publisher: Select WVS Job Monitor for job status". And then I'm getting status Job Failed. Can anyone please help me how to fix it? I could'nt see any preview in my thumbnail and I couldn't directly opened it in Creo View because the status Job is still Failed

Is the CAD worker on same machine as Windchill? Was this working previously and are other object able to be published? If its just this model, then is there anything that makes it special?

    Hi! Thank you for your response. I just add the author properties like in this link: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS373529?source=search. And i try again to run the wvs, at first i got the "EXECUTING" status. But after waiting several minutes, it become "JOB FAILED" with this job log:

    Looks like you are getting a new error. I had some other questions in my post. Was this working before or is this first time setup issues?
