Published Drawing in creo view missing some dimensions

The latest creo view published drawing is missing a 'created dimension' that is clearly shown when opening in creo 2.0

The model views have been regenerated prior to saving, however the dimension is missing.  Has anyone noticed a similar case.

We are having the same issue when printing.  The dimensions are shown in the drawing and are visible on the screen.  About 50% of the time we print the some dimensions are missing from the paper.  We are suing Creo 3 M40.
