I cannot publish some models that I have already checked in Windchill because of an issue.
I attached a screenshot of what I received from CAD Worker below. If anyone has already faced the same issue before, please guide me.

The error failed to retrieve is common error that the Creo can not load the file from the Windchill.
there can be compatibility trouble file created in a Creo 10 can not be opened in Creo 9
There can be some configuration issue, example> if user use advanced assembly option in config.pro so you have to set the config pro option on the worker
The best thing is to check the opening process in the Creo worker.
Run the Creo on the server with worker configuration connect to Windchill find the model try to open it.
Usually you find the issue why the model can not be opened.
