publishing failes

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.2

I have published epmdocument through below API and there are no erros on MethodServer logs but got below exception on wvs job logs.

Publisher.doPublish(false, true, objRef, (wt.vc.config.ConfigSpec)null, (wt.vc.config.ConfigSpec)null, true, "MyRep2", "My Description", com.ptc.wvs.common.ui.Publisher.EPM, null, 0);
