Publising Issue

Could somebody help me with publish AutoCAD drawings? I am having several issues  with AutoCAD, when I want to work in a drawing revision,  then I save the changes then I upload it into Windchill using PTC workgroup manager but the drawing is not showing. On Windchill, the visualization of the drawing is not working.
