Pulling User Attributes from Active Directory into Windchill

We are looking to pulling/integrate additional attributes (job title, department, and company) from Active Directory into Windchill user attributes.  We have tried to map these attributes in the Info*Engine JNDI Adapter, but have had no luck getting the data into Windchill.  We are on version 11.1 M020 CPS16.

 

We also tried to follow CS162357 without any luck as well.

I believe this is a product issue.  Support was able to replicate my issue, and they also cannot get the non standard field information to pull into Windchill from Active Directory.
