Query builder to have detailed license usage report

As per our Infrastructure team’s requirement, the QML report should include details such as license name and last login, similar to the information shown in the below screenshot, so can you pls help me with this.

The screen shot you are showing above, is that that Report from the License Management page? That is not a QML report from what I know. You would have to reconstruct that to get the detailed license report styling. From there it should be easy to combine with "Active Users and Last Logins" report.
