Query CAD Worker status real-time using Windchill API

Any idea how to query CAD Worker status real-time using Windchill API, current CadProxy API is unsupported and really hard to use/parse.

It's basically a telnet call to Windchill and request in partial JSP and so is response, so it's too hard and not sure if it shall not change with future release, so looking for any better solution that's supported.
