Query no. of drw in a CR

I would like to create a Query report that lists all the drawings that are released with a list of CRs that I input.

Note: Drawings are released using a Change Notice.

Change notice is created from Change Request.

So there may be multiple notices for a single Change request and each notice may have multiple drawings added as resulting objects.

Appreciate if someone can help me to create this report.
