Questions on Windchill with Integrated CAD

Hi Guys, 

Please help me with below questions,

1. Is Separate License required to install and use Windchill Workgroup Manager?

2. Is Integrated CAD environment (Windchill + Catia V5 integration enabled by WGM) needed to bulk migrate/load Catia data+ files into Windchill? for both scenarios i.e., With WBM and with custom loader.

    Thanks @avillanueva for the quick reply.

    Also could you please let me know if integrated CAD environment(Windchill connected with CAD application) is needed, in order to bulk load CAD metadata(EPMDocument) + CAD files into Windchill PLM system.

    I am not 100% certain but I do not think so. Much of the license restrictions revolve around limited UI functions.
