Re-Use automatically from Library

Hi Guys,

Whenever we can use save as an option from the library can we set it as a default "re-use" automatically, i found a .frm format automatically excluded. Can we do the same thing?

to set reused as default on save as :  

  • Navigate to Site > Utilities > Preference Management > Save As

  • Change the value of Save Selected Objects Only to Yes

Hi @Amirtharaj_K 

I would recommend to change ACL rules to disable save as operation on the library items for standard users.
