Recovery of the accidentally deleted workspace from wind-chill

Is there any possible way to recover an accidentally deleted workspace from wind-chill which includes only new parts (not uploaded)? please suggest if any. I have used the recovery tool wherein I could able to retrieve the assembly but no parts within that.

If its not uploaded, I don't think you have any options left other than recovery tool

But i could not retrieve whole assembly or parts from that even though i have never cleared cache memory for a month.

You have just learned why the option Save and Upload exists!

If the recovery tool does not work you can open the files in an text/hex editor. You can find the name at the beginning or end of the file. Rename and copy them to a temp folder. From there you can open it. If you have 100s this would be very painful. I described those many years back in context of corrupt workspace.
