"Reliability: A Practitioner's guide"

In the guide "Getting Started Guide" (https://www.ptc.com/view?im_dbkey=133281) for Windchill Qualliitty Solluttiions 10.0, I found a reference to additional resource "RELIABILITY: A Practitioner's Guide" (by Relex Software and Intellect).

Is this manual available online (or can someone upload it)?
