Remove "MicrosoftAccount\" in credentials dialog?

When I start Creo and access Windchill, the username/password dialog is pre-filled with this

ruJdlUE.png

Every time, I have to remove the "MicrosoftAccount\" part to be able to log in. Even though "Remember my credentials" is checked, it "remembers" "MicrosoftAccount\<my email>" even though I use just "<my email>" to log in, without the "MicrosoftAccount\" part.

Is there any way to fix this behavior and make it remember my credentials properly?

If it's related, the main Microsoft account for my computer is the same email as I use with Windchill

Are you running Creo on Windows10?

Which version of Creo?

Have you installed the correct version of CreoAgent?
IF Creo 3 or higher, can you try to use chromium browser with config.pro option windows_browser_type chromium_browser

then a different login will appear

verify with https://whichbrowser.net/

Creo 3.0 M070 Academic. Fresh install, so I assume it's the correct version of CreoAgent. Setting the option you mentioned worked.
