Report management

I need to get user report list from Product library and container. the report should support Monthy/yearly . The report should also support filtering and sorting by : Product/library Name , Container  Name, User Organization, Status, Role, Group, User type, Reporting period. can you help me with the Links between the product, library, container and users and how do i get to montly and yearly user reports. Thank you !!
