Report Management Issues

Ever since upgrading to Windchill  11.0 I have issues with saving reports in report management.  I get an Error pop up box.  I'm on Windchill 11.0 m030 CSP01.  Has anyone else had issues?  Solutions?  I am working with tech support but am hoping someone else has already gone through this.

Update of the issue just in case someone else has a similar problem.  It was found that a fix because of another issue crashing my method servers caused reports to not be saved.  The fix was to uncomment and add lines to the httpd.conf file to stop the method server crashes.  This however caused the reports to not be saved.  This was found in one of the logs.  So they came back with modifying what was entered in the httpd.conf file.
