Report Query to get Reference By Data

Version: Windchill 12.1

 

Use Case: I am trying to generate a report for all the drawings that reference a part/assembly in windchill.


Description:

I have attached the qml I used which seems to generate a report with multiples of the same drawing reference for a given part instead of just one (pictured below). I thought setting the criteria for Cad Document.Latest Iteration equal to 1 would return the referenced by data for only the latest iteration.

It is not enough to select last iteration because this selection extracts ALL the last iterations of each individual Revision.

 

To select only the very last you have to use a fairly complicated system that is explained in this article.
