Reports not prpviding rrsults as expcted

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.16

its opeming at my end.....find attached screenshot for reference....specific to guest role mebers its not showing all groups

@SA_12455883 I have the same , you can raise a support case to check why guest roles is not showing
