Request deliverables from Adv. Configurable Object

While creating variant parts from the Generic parts, “Stop Effectivity Propagation” value set on the Generic Part does not carry over to the Variant Part. According to PTC that is the expected behavior. Does any one had similar issues/work around for carry over values from Generic to the Variant Part?
