I am using Windchill Enterprise Systems Integration Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0

Dear Team , Request to remove the whitelisting of “birlasoft.com” domain from the PTC PingFed across all HPE ONEPLM NonProd and Prod environments/servers.

    I do not understand this question. Who is it to? If its PTC, this should be a tech support ticket? Why do you want them removed from the whitelist? the only reference I see of them is with Solidedge WGM.
