Reverse proxy Issue

i configrue reverse proxy refer CS68466

The third step in configuring Apache was applied to the http server installed by PSI
After completing the configuration, accessing Windchill with Proxy DNS showed a credential failure
If you enter Windchill's installed DNS, it will switch to proxy DNS
Why do I get a credential failure?
