Revise Collector for Documents

When revising a part in Windchill, currently in the collector section of preferences, there’s only the option to collect all documents or no documents.

Requesting the option to distinguish between “Described By Documents” and “Reference Documents”.

This fixes the issue of a “Reference Document” having so many parts associated with it that the revise function essentially doesn’t work because it’s trying to load too many objects.
