Running PSI on windows 2019

We are running PSI (windchill 12.1.2.0) on windows 2019 server (a clean vm), the installanywhere shows up at 100%, however that ends there. I can see the "wscript" in the task manager which gets terminated/closed after few minutes.

Looking at gpo, policies, all looks fine - any insight what it could be?

LAX_VM is set right, VC++ redistributables look good, enough disk space. All zips looks not blocked

Thank you all. It is resolved and the solution

Went to Java 11.0.7 instead of 11.0.2 and it worked well. However, there were no specific errors and that was tricky kinda!

Make sure the exe files are not blocked as well (checkmark unblock on the properties for any exe that shows it). Also, try running the PSI from an admin command prompt

Are you doing the Setup.exe with Run As Administrator option?

We have found that as Windows gets more and more hardened, that sometimes you have to run an administrator command prompt to successfully run setup.vbs / setup.exe
