Search Error: Status code: 501 unable to determine the context type

Windchill 10.1, Internet Explorer 9

While trying to initiate a simple search I received the following error:

Status Code: 501

Message: com.ptc.jca.mvc.components.TypeBasedRedirectionInterceptor: unable to determine the context type for based lookups

I closed Windchill and re-launched. Tried it again and the search worked.

The problem is this error message is popping up frequently.

Note: I have chosen the correct context type when running the search. The search itself only provides a few search results (maybe 2-4 files).

Anyone know what might be causing the error?
