Search for BOM - Windchill PDMLink is not available

Question

We are in the process of configuring WPA an I've been able to load data from Windchill into WPA through the synchronize command. I can then go to WPA and search on both the Supplier and Company parts and find the data.
 
When I do a Search for BOM and select BOM Source to be Windchill PDMLink and specify a BOM number that resides in PDMLink and click search, it returns a "Windchill PDMLink is not available." error message.
 
I'm assuming that I have a configuration not set correctly to go back and search Windchill for the BOM. Any idea what I may have missed?

When Windchill is not available, you can check the following file to make sure your settings are correct.

On the WPA server, open file <Product_Analytics>\virgo-server\config\propsloader\services\com.ptc.insight.connectors.windchill.properties

Edit the following properties, and save the file.

com.ptc.insight.connectors.windchill.address=learn-prod-demo
com.ptc.insight.connectors.windchill.username=wcadmin
com.ptc.insight.connectors.windchill.password=ptc
com.ptc.insight.connectors.windchill.passwordEncrypted=false
com.ptc.insight.connectors.windchill.protocol=http
com.ptc.insight.connectors.windchill.webappID=Windchill

Restart WPA
