Security update for IE11 -- Creo Parametric WGM Issue

I am getting multiple reports from users with WGM (IE11 browser type) issues (lockups, spinning wheel, check in issues) after a Windows update with CP3 M030.  Setting browser type to Chromium resolves issue as does rolling back the update.    We have targeted the specific KB to:  Cumulative Security Update for IE11 for Win 7 x64 (KB3093983).   If you have this security update installed with a later CP3 build, are you getting similar WGM issues?
