I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.0.0

The issue is regarding the Work group Manager.

Is there any network communication issues? Is this client remote or on a VPN? Can we see the logs?

I think you need to increase the timeout setting. Please refer below articles.
