Question

Server got down due to certificate issue.

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.1 and Datecode with CPS M020-CPS25

Certificate got expired in production System and we got New certificate from IT team, but inside the zip file we didn't find ABB Intermediate CA1 file. we are thinking like that is the issue.

recently we are done with the certificate in test environment which have ABB Intermediate CA1.

i have attached both the snapshots please refer and suggest us.

please, schedule teams, call to discuss on this as the server got down due to this.

Hi,

 

Could you please share the screenshot ? Also if possible share the method server logs and apache logs as well. 

 

If its a certificate issue , your apache might not start but you should not have any issue in starting method server.
