server startup error

After connecting eclipse with windchill, I get an error to start the server. error: warn wt.manager.ServerLauncher - Starting Servermanager windchill.

I don't get an error in Eclice codes. I wanted to stop windchill and start it again so that it would add the classes I created, but it gave me such an error. I can't see any other error than this.
windchill shell:
C:\ptc\Windchill>windchill start
WARN [main] wt.manager.ServerLauncher - Starting Launcher
