Service impact attribute needs to be removed from the multipart creation window

Is the multi part creation window working differently than when creating a single part?

The multi part creation window allows for different views. The admin can customize the default view as needed, or even create new views. If the attribute is required and a default is not set, it may cause errors if the attribute is not visible.
