Service Information Mangaer

Hello Folks,

  I want to know how to configure Service Information manager . Which Installable i need to use .Any specific setting i need to do for configuration .Please let me know your comment. I refer PTC guide but unable to get detail information. First i stuck which CD i need to use for this.
