Setting Up Staging Server

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.1.1

I have to setup a staging server for disaster recovery reasons. I am looking to download software for Windchill version 12.1. When I added the sales order number I was taken to a page that showed version 11. Currently we are using 12.1.1.1.
This is the first time that I have done an installation of any Windchill products. I am using the Windchill Installation and Configuration Guide.

Here are the errors that I faced

Thanks for the reply and the info. I did a little more searching and found the files I needed.

I would contact PTC. This might be a maintenance issue but something they should be able to straighten out. It would be your sales order you used, your account or something internal to their systems.
