Shared ''Related Objects'' Views in "Referenced by Parts" are not available in some cases

I have following scenario, where I am trying to understand the behavior and the possible cause of it:

User ''A'' from Org ''A'' is accessing two different documents (1) and (2) in Org ''B'' in Document (1) he can see his shred filters on the document but for Document (2) he can not.

Document (1) in ORG ''B'':
• Access control for User ''A'': Read, Download
• User can see his shared filters as shown:

Document (2) in ORG ''B'':
• Access control for User ''A'': Read, Download
• User can NOT see the shared filters as shown:

I would have at least expected the case to be the other way around. So it doesn't work with secured info but does work with the other one!
