Show assigned/released ECN number in a column in the workspace and in the search window.

Version: Windchill 12.0

 

Use Case: I want to add a column with the released/assigned ECN in the search windows results and in the active workspace.


Description:

Hello,

 

I am working with windchill 12.0.2.15 for releasing using ECN a lot of parts for production and it will be useful if in the search result window and in the active workspace to have a column with the ECN number released or assigned next to the number and name columns.

Right now, the only information to identify that a number is assigned to an ECN is a red triangle in the search result window.

I tried to add all the columns available, and none of them are with an ECN info.

I think this can be done with an alias attribute similar to this:
