Show BOM based on selection of View?

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.1 and Datecode with CPS 13.1.2.9 Is it possible to create an overloaded Part structure and then use Views to show a correct BOM? Generally, we have a panel attached with 4 connectors. Based on the material it will be connected to, the connector and screws will change. (Each structure SHOULD have it's own product number, but historically it has been handled otherwise.)
