SiliconExpert BOM Health Check or SiliconExpert Starter BOM Health are not working

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.2 and Datecode with CPS 11.2.0.0

While evaluating the SiliconExpert extension in Windchill Dev, but is seems neither SiliconExpert BOM Health Check, nor SiliconExpert Starter BOM Health are working at the moment.

Here are the errors that I faced
Error : Invalid configuration, please check the Windchill Extension manager.

Have you contacted the developer of the extension? How do you like it? I was considering it too. Can you provide a review?

I would try uninstalling and reinstalling the extension.  If that doesn't work, open a ticket with Wincom. Support@wincom-plm.com.

 

I was looking to try them here, but found out our SE folks never bought any of the API's to connect 😐
