Question
Slow Promotion and Demotion
Has anyone had the problem of having VERY SLOW promotion and demotion confirmations. We use the RTP's inside of Intralink and when I do an approval or rejection on one it takes a very long time to execute.
If you have what causes this and how do you fix it? I have looked on PTC's website and didn't find anything about this.
