SMTPAddressFailedException: 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

I’d like to recommend to bring more details and context to your initial inquiry. For example:

• Approximately how many recipients are included in the emails that trigger the error, and does it affect all notifications or only specific ones?

• Have you checked whether the SMTP server has recipient count or rate limits that could be causing the 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients error?

• Is the high swap memory usage occurring at the same time as the email failures, and are there any related messages in the Windchill BG/MS or mail server logs?

Please add screenshot(s) to better understand what you are trying to do in your process.

How many recipients is the server trying to email in a single message?

How much memory does the server have?

How many method servers are you running?
