We are encountering two problems: When launching SolidWorks, WGM starts automatically in the background and fails with the error: "Failed to set the workspace local directory" . The log indicates that the folder C:\PTC\WFS\Workspace cannot be accessed。 “maybe it is locked by the PTC WFS Controller service. Despite the folder being locked by the service, WGM is unable to use it properly, causing the initialization to fail." Although we installed WGM 11.0 M030, the SolidWorks add-in shows its version as "PTC Windchill Workgroup Manager 11.0 M010".
