SSL証明書の更新作業を自動化したい

現在、使用しているSSL証明書の更新作業を自動化したいと考えております。

証明書の自動更新に対応可能か、ご相談させてください。

以下についてご教示いただけますでしょうか。

• 貴社製品で証明書の自動更新に対応しているか
• 対応している場合、推奨する方式や構成
• 証明書の更新後、製品やWebサーバーへの反映・再読み込みも自動化できるか
• 対応する証明書の発行元や方式（ACMEなど）に制約があるか
• 自動化にあたり、弊社側で必要となる設定・作業・ライセンス
• 更新失敗時の通知や、期限切れを防ぐための監視方法
• 導入支援や保守サポートの対象となるか

利用環境は以下のとおりです。

• 製品名・バージョン：windchill　13.0
• Webサーバー／実行環境：WindowsServer2022

下記、テスト環境は自己証明書も利用可能、ただし本番環境についてはサードパーティ製SSL証明書利用するよう書かれています

今後公開SSL/TLS証明書の最長有効期間は、段階的に短くなることが決まっています。

そのため、自動更新ができないと非常に不便です、必要な情報があればお知らせください。

We would like to automate the renewal of the SSL/TLS certificate currently used in our environment. Could you please advise whether automated certificate renewal is supported for our setup?

In particular, could you please provide information on the following:

• Whether Windchill supports automatic certificate renewal
• If so, the recommended method and configuration
• Whether deployment of the renewed certificate and any required reload or restart of Windchill or the web server can also be automated
• Any restrictions on certificate authorities or renewal methods, such as ACME
• Any configuration, work, or licenses required on our side
• How renewal failures can be reported and monitored to help prevent certificate expiration
• Whether implementation assistance and ongoing maintenance support are available

Our environment is as follows:

• Product and version: Windchill 13.0
• Operating system: Windows Server 2022

The maximum validity period for publicly trusted SSL/TLS certificates is being reduced in stages. As a result, manual certificate renewal could become increasingly inconvenient for us, so we would like to understand the options for automating the process.
