Subscription of Workitem in ChangeRequest

Hello,

in our ChangeManagement workflow we have several tasks (type: work-item) in several life-cycles. The question I have is if it´s possible to create a Subscription that is triggered by the status of one of those tasks. I already saw that it is possible for changing the status of a life-cycle for instance, but it is also possible to configure this for simple tasks?
